How can we enable people to live better and longer together in the Blütenviertel Caputh — and make our community life future-proof?

Together with the team from DUCAH – Digital Urban Center for Aging & Health – a human-centred research and consulting centre specialising in care, health and the social economy — and with representatives from research, practice, politics, community organisations and neighbourhood development, we discussed this question at the DUCAH-Forum “a neighbourhood designed for living better, longer — together.” 

We explored how tomorrow’s ways of living can be shaped to be inclusive, smart and multi-generational: how neighbourhoods can become more than just places to live — true living and learning environments that intelligently combine housing, work, community, services and sustainability.

To facilitate this exchange, forum stations were set up throughout our infrastructure — spanning our event spaces, coworking area, townhouses and energy hub.
