The Blütenviertel Caputh is being developed on the shores of Lake Caputh (Caputher See) in the municipality of Schwielowsee, in the district of Caputh – once famous as Albert Einstein’s summer residence.

This new neighborhood is designed with variety, innovation, and sustainability in mind. It combines living, working, and leisure in a harmonious environment. The townhouses are part of a diverse complex that offers opportunities to live, work, and relax.

In the immediate surroundings, you will find shops and a pharmacy. Public transport, including bus and train connections, is just a few minutes away. TOWNHOUSES

31 townhouses, designed by the renowned GRAFT Architects, are being developed in the Blütenviertel. They are grouped into clusters of six, eight, or ten homes. In the third construction phase, the homes at Am Kirschanger 7–19 have already been completed. This group consists of five classic mid-terrace houses with gardens and two larger end units featuring bigger plots and an additional third room on the first floor – ideal for families with several children. The staggered arrangement of the houses offers a decisive advantage: a high degree of privacy thanks to the rotated upper floors and private rooftop terraces, creating an exceptionally spacious and comfortable living atmosphere. Each townhouse also includes two private parking spaces in front of the house, with the option of an electric vehicle charging station.

WELCOME TO YOUR NEW HOME: BLÜTENHAUS

Two new residential buildings with commercial space are taking shape in Blütenviertel Caputh: They’re called the BlütenHaus.

Scheduled for completion by 1 August 2026, BlütenHaus will offer 30 additional compact, modern rental apartments ranging from 35 to 66 m², built using climate-positive materials, alongside 166 m² of attractive commercial space.

Ten of these apartments will be flexible, fully furnished holiday apartments – ideal for welcoming guests. Of the 30 apartments, 20 will be fully accessible. Building 1 will also feature an elevator and additional parking spaces.
